Don't Count Bush Out Yet

For those of you who are hopeful for Four More Years, remember: you have Karl Rove leading the team. In the Atlantic Monthly, Joshua Green spells out what to look for in the coming weeks with Karl Rove in a Corner.

Not sure if you have all heard but the Nobel Laureate, a one Mr. Prescott, has recently come out and said that the Bush tax cuts were too small! Can you believe that? I bet right now Liberals are saying, yea right. Well it is right Mr. and Ms. Liberal. Prescott also went on to say that the monumental tax cuts under Pres. Reagan were sufficient and necessary. Then he went on to chastise Pres. (If he could be called that) Clinton for raising the taxes and so catalyzing the economic recession we all saw in 2001-2002. Not to mention that we got attacked, and endured major, and multiple corporate scandals. Now, you might be asking yourself, who cares what a Nobel Laureate says? Well, boys and girls, this was a Nobel Laureate in ECONOMICS! Chew on that for a minute.
So on the surface it would look like Bush and the republicans are the ones fighting to preserve the future and fix the mistakes made by foolish democrats. Liberals, however, would have you believe that the opposite is true. Still others are pointing fingers because of outsourcing and saying that Bush might cut taxes but there are still no jobs. Well, it might interest you to know that Kerry is going to outsource too. He says he can’t promise that he won’t. But he already has. A few months ago Ralph Nader was trying to get on the ballot in Michigan. Now, as you all are aware Nader is bad news for Kerry. So the laws stipulate that a certain number of signatures must be obtained in order for Nader to get on the ballot. Nader did just that, he got the signatures required. Kerry obviously was upset so he decided that checking the validity of these signatures was necessary. Now, he could have taken this opportunity to employ the American working man and woman like he so flouts, but he didn’t. He sent the job of checking the validity of each and every signature to…..That’s right, India. Mr. Kerry is a liar. You all know this, he doesn’t care about the middle class, and if you think he does then you are foolish. Kerry has to ensure the proliferation of the middle class because if the middle class does any better and betters themselves in society than who is gonna vote for the democrats? Obviously, the democrats want to do just enough to keep people content but never to fix any problems. The democrats need to ensure the status of the middle class or else they are going to fail as a political party. They know this people, they know that they only have to pretend to give a damn about the middle class, and then when in power then turn their backs. But the promises keep coming. Know this, without the middle class, lower mostly, who would elect the democrats? Exactly the reason the democrats will never do a damn thing for the lower middle class, and the poor.
